Make a Room Reservation Request 

Library Meeting Rooms are currently only available for use by Canton based non-profits, community groups, and town of Canton affiliated boards, committees, or commissions. 

At this time, due to space limitations, we are unable to accommodate room reservations from condo associations or from for-profit groups.


Those wishing to use library meeting rooms may make reservations with the following restrictions:


The Community Room may be reserved for meetings with up to 50 participants, stadium seating. 15 participants with tables and chairs.


The Maker Space Room may be reserved for meetings with up to 4 participants.  


The Trustees Conference Room may be reserved for meetings with up to 6 participants.


The Local History Room may be reserved for meetings with up to 3 participants, no food or drink allowed. 


The Aldrich Conference Room may be reserved for meetings with up to 10 participants.


The Art & Activities Room may be reserved for meetings with up to 10 participants.


The Children's Activity Room is currently closed.
