When not in use for library programs, the Thomas Bailey Aldrich Meeting Room can accommodate up to 24 people. The room is ADA Accessible and features a 50" LCD display with sound for video conferencing, presentations, game play or movies.
The room is available for a fee to local organizations according to the following schedule:
- Any Local Government Meeting: Free
- A public program hosted by a non-profit organization based in Canton: Free
- A public program hosted by a non-profit organization not based in Canton: $30
- A public program hosted by any organization based in Canton: $30
- A public program hosted by any organization not based in Canton: $60
- A closed meeting hosted by a non-profit organization based in Canton: $30
- A closed meeting hosted by a non-profit organization not based in Canton: $60
- A closed meeting hosted by any organization based in Canton: $60
- A closed meeting hosted by any organization not based in Canton: $100
