When not in use for library programs, the Art & Activities Room is available to small groups for meetings, and activities, especially those that include paint or craft materials. The room can accommodate a maximum of 30 people depending on the activity involved.
The room is available for a fee to local organizations according to the following schedule:
- Any Local Government Meeting: Free
- A public program hosted by a non-profit organization based in Canton: Free
- A public program hosted by a non-profit organization not based in Canton: $20
- A public program hosted by any organization based in Canton: $20
- A public program hosted by any organization not based in Canton: $50
- A closed meeting hosted by a non-profit organization based in Canton: $20
- A closed meeting hosted by a non-profit organization not based in Canton: $50
- A closed meeting hosted by any organization based in Canton: $50
- A closed meeting hosted by any organization not based in Canton: $70
