The Trustees' Conference Room is generally reserved for municipal and civic committee meetings, and is closed to public meetings, but it can accommodate groups of up to 12 people. The room is ADA Accessible, and features a projector and screen, a white board as well as a conference call microphone and speaker
The room is available at the rates below:
- Any Local Government Meeting: Free
- A closed meeting hosted by a non-profit organization based in Canton: $30
- A closed meeting hosted by a non-profit organization based elsewhere: $60
- A closed meeting hosted by any organization based in Canton: $60
- A closed meeting hosted by any organization based elsewhere: $100
All users of the meeting rooms agree to be bound by the Terms of Agreement for Meeting Rooms
