When not in use for library programs, the Community Room can accommodate up to 100 people for a reception, up to 75 people seated auditorium style, or up to 50 people seated at tables in various configurations. The Community Room features a high-definition projector, screen and sound system for film viewings, presentations and gaming. The room also has a small stage for performances. Handheld and lavalier wireless microphones are available to amplify speakers' voices. Additional wired microphones, an amplifier, speakers and an electronic piano are available for musical performances.

- Any Local Government Meeting: Free
- A public program hosted by a non-profit organization based in Canton: Free
- A public program hosted by a non-profit organization not based in Canton: $50
- A public program hosted by any organization based in Canton: $75
- A public program hosted by any organization not based in Canton: $150
- A closed meeting hosted by a non-profit organization based in Canton: $75
- A closed meeting hosted by a non-profit organization not based in Canton: $150
- A closed meeting hosted by any organization based in Canton: $100
- A closed meeting hosted by any organization not based in Canton: $200
All users of the meeting rooms agree to be bound by the Terms of Agreement for Meeting Rooms
